I was in a jewelry shop a few days ago and noticed a new Submariner under the glass, seemingly identical to mine (black dial, SS bracelet) with a Coke bezel. Below is a table ordered by bezel insert size - from largest external diameter (External Dia) to smallest. The table is currently restricted to "inserts" that are known to be commercially available rather than "whole bezel" replacement parts. I.e. putting a MKIV bezel on a watch that would have come with a Mark V. That is an entirely different issue than the "compatibility" question. I thought you were asking for general reference information about which inserts would physically fit in which bezel rings.
