I have 7 inch wrists and, unlike many other watches I purchased, the BLNR fit my wrist right out of the box. I wear my watch on my left wrist 7.5 inches, but my right wrist is 8 1/4 inches. That might be an option. I will also add that (for me) you need to wear this watch snug due to the weight and it has a tendency to rotate to the left during the day. My wrist is 7inch on the dot!
