I have 6 Chanel purses/wallets and have had ZERO quality issues so far, I have 3 pairs of sunglasses all infallible. I'm thinking/planning ahead for a future Chanel purchase (small or medium classic flap in caviar) and am so torn between buying new or preloved. I hear so many complaints about Chanel's quality having declined, but most of what I've heard/read has been so vague.
